Support the Chapter

Sponsors, vendors, and donors are critical to the Idaho Chapter. The Idaho Chapter is staffed entirely by volunteers and our annual meetings and annual work plans are funded entirely through sponsors, vendors fees, donations, and meeting fees. We invite you to help us continue our legacy of advancing fisheries and aquatic science and promoting the development of fisheries professionals by making a contribution to the Chapter.

Since we are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, all donations are tax deductible.

Annual Meeting Sponsors

Sponsors are critical to the success of our annual meeting. There are a wide variety of ways to help sponsor our annual meeting. These include making a cash contribution directly to the Chapter to help cover meeting costs, covering the printing costs for meeting programs, or funding the food and beverages offered during one or more of the meeting breaks.

In exchange for your support, your organization's name and/or logo will appear in the meeting program and your organization's name will appear on our website. Our staff is happy to work with you to identify the best way for your organization to contribute to our annual meeting. If you are interested in being an annual meeting sponsor, please contact us using the information below.

Annual Meeting Vendors

Our annual meetings include a tradeshow that provides vendors an opportunity to showcase their goods and services. These meetings typically have between 250 and 300 attendees who represent a variety fish and aquatic disciplines and a wide range of government agencies, nonprofit organizations, colleges and universities, and private companies.

The $350 vendor fee provides the vendor with space at the tradeshow, meeting registration for one person, the vendor's name and/or logo in the meeting program, and the vendor's name on our website. Our staff is happy to work with you on any specific needs you might have. If you are interested in being a vendor at our annual meeting, please contact us using the information below.

Donors

Donors are critical to the success of our Chapter. Most of the work that the Chapter completes is done through donations and there are several ways you can donate to the Chapter. These include donating money directly to the Chapter, donating money to one of the Chapter's scholarships, and donating items for the annual auction and fundraiser which is held in conjunction with our annual meeting.

Those who donate items for the annual auction and fundraiser will be recognized on our website. Donations can be made by individuals, organizations, and businesses. Our staff is happy to work with you to identify the best way for you to donate to the Chapter. If you are interested in donating to our Chapter, please contact us using the information below.
