Join us March 1-5, 2021.

The best ICAFS Virtual Annual Meeting ever! The most convenient ICAFS meeting ever!! Coming directly to your favorite digital device!!! Our 2021 meeting will be entirely on-line using the Cvent platform.

Make ICAFS history by being part of our first virtual annual meeting! Attend from wherever you are. Your office desk? Your kitchen counter? Your favorite easy chair? Our new technology will make it possible!! Simply browse and click. All you need is a good internet connection. Log in and connect with colleagues from around Idaho! And, of course, peruse the collection of exciting items selected by the Fundraising Committee.

Workshops - Workshops will be held virtually Monday, March 1. Sponsoring committees will post their agendas when they are fully developed. Only those who register for a workshop will receive the link to the event. The link will not be active until Monday morning.

Committee Meetings - Committee chairs will schedule a time for their committees to meet. Registrants will be sent more information about these meetings the week before. Interested parties should contact the committee chair for details about how to attend.

Presentations - Virtual presentations will form the heart of the meeting program. Like always, presentations will be uploaded, including posters. Talks will be given live with a moderated Q and A immediately after. Questions will be submitted by chat and read to the presenter by the moderator. All presentations will be recorded. Meeting content and recordings will be available on-line for an extended time afterwards. This adds exposure to your work! See the Presentation Guidelines for more details!

Volunteers - ICAFS is looking for a few good moderators. If you have some extra bandwidth and a good connection, contact Tim Copeland. Help make ICAFS history!!

Student-professional Interactions - Several breakout sessions will be facilitated by the Mentoring Committee. Groups of professionals will be available to discuss their careers and take questions from students at designated times Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday after the technical sessions. Contact Robert Hand or Joe Thiessen if you'd like to be involved.

Elections - The 2021 election will be run through the registration process. A link to an on-line ballot will be emailed to registered AFS members in good standing. Ballots need to be completed by the Business Meeting (noon, Thursday, March 4). Candidate biographies are available in the November newsletter and video stump speeches will be posted on the ICAFS website.

Spawning Run - We've scheduled time for you to get away from your screen!! Everyone is automatically registered for this event. Take the dog, the kids, your significant other and go for a run or walk. Maybe you'd like some quality me time? Whatever!!! Just do it outside. We will provide a link to upload photos from your excursion. Those who submit photos will be entered into a special raffle for some cool Ray Troll swag.
